Homebuyers Survey
The Homebuyers Survey is a diagnostic report. It is suitable for the majority of conventionally built properties using common materials. This survey can be done on most homes either newly built or older so long as they appear in a reasonable state of repair.
1.HomeBuyer Report (survey)
A HomeBuyer Report doesn’t look further than what can be seen with the naked eye. It includes all the features of the RICS Condition Report and also advises on defects that may affect the property. It may give advice on repairs needed and ongoing maintenance advice.
2. HomeBuyer Report (survey & valuation)
Some homebuyers’ reports include a property valuation, useful if the survey reveals a lower price than the mortgage lender’s valuation.
It Includes all the features of the RICS Condition Report, plus a market valuation and rebuild costs for the purpose of insurance.
It also includes advice on defects that may affect the value of the property with repairs, and ongoing maintenance advice.
